Dr. Benjamin Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives was referred to as a guide throughout the initial development of these programs by Sydney Tyler-Parker (1971-82) in Department of Defense Dependents’ Schools (U.K. and Brunssum Int’l NATO School, The Netherlands.). This work included five years in association with Dr. Edward deBono, The Cognititve Research Trust and the Department of Defense Schools’ Headquarters, High Wycombe, U.K.
